Weeks 3–4: Building the Habit
Coaches know exactly how to present and reinforce each lesson. Athletes begin using the tools with fewer reminders. Parents see how small, consistent reinforcement can help these skills become part of who their athlete is.

Nothing needs to change overnight. Keep building it week by week, so the skills are there when they're needed most.

Guide: Give them one lesson they can use to stay calm, focused or resilient.

Praise: Get excited when they use the behaviour you want to see under pressure.

Small, consistent praise in the right moments helps build the response you want when the game is on the line.
